Matt Lightner, who serves as President of the Company, is certified as a Broadcast Engineer by the National Society of Broadcast Engineers. Matt has won numerous awards in the electronics field and he currently serves as the Engineering Consultant for the "PAB" Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters and as the Technical Chairman of the "SECC" Pennsylvania State Emergency Communication Committee. Matt also serves on the occupational advisory committee at the Altoona, PA Career and Technology Center.
